DMCA Policy

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on the "Manchester Orchestra Drummer Death" website was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing a written communication that includes substantially the following:
